JDNZ is an international golf academy located in Auckland, New Zealand. It serves as a dream hub where junior athletes from all over the world balance training and academics to prepare for university admissions and professional golf careers.

Location: JDNZ is located in the beautiful and safe Pukekohe area, approximately 26 minutes away from Auckland International Airport. 

Pukekohe Campus: As the main training venue for athletes, Pukekohe Golf Club provides the ultimate environment to enhance performance. 

Large-Scale Short Game & Practice Facilities: The separate, large-scale short game facility features chipping and bunker-specific greens that replicate various lies, allowing players to refine their short game skills with game-like precision.

Balancing Academics via Partnerships with Prestigious Schools

Academic Support: Managing academic performance is essential for university admissions and future success. JDNZ has partnerships with ACG Strathallan College, a prestigious private school in New Zealand, and Pukekohe High School, an excellent public school in the Pukekohe region.

Daily Schedule: Students complete regular school classes during the day and receive intensive training at the academy campus after school. The four annual school holiday periods are also utilised as optimal opportunities to improve the student-athletes' golf skills.

(Student-Athlete Support CENTRE): Athlete Management

The JDNZ office serves as a control tower that manages the athletes' capabilities from multiple angles: 

Golf Performance Management: Tournament data analysis and live performance monitoring. Academic Management: Close monitoring of academic achievement to fill gaps caused by tournament participation, along with dedicated tutoring support. 

Tournament Participation Support: Helping players improve skills and acquire World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) points through various tournaments, supporting the essential steps for university entrance and turning professional. (Supported tournaments include: regional, national, professional, national team, Australian, and US tournaments, etc.). 

Career Management: Systematic portfolio building for college admissions and turning professional. 

Emotional & Psychological Management: Mental care to reduce stress and build resilience during the junior development stage. 

Homestay Management: Providing a safe and comfortable environment to ensure seamless adaptation to local life. 

Total Weekly Report: Transparently sharing the athlete's overall training, academics, and daily life with parents every week. 

JDNZ-GPC 

(Golf Performance Centre): Systematic Training Operation

Customised Blueprint: Going beyond simple shot corrections, the academy applies a data-driven, customised "Blueprint" system to foster all-round players.

Tour-Level Technology & Practical Tour Know-How: Precision coaching using state-of-the-art swing analysis equipment, combined with the coaches' firsthand tour experience, is delivered directly to the students.

Customised Golf Physical Training: Based on individual functional movement analysis for junior athletes, this program maximizes performance through JDNZ's specialised golf flexibility, strength, and balance training. It also provides a systematic physical programme for injury prevention and care. 

Programmes Offered

  • Full-Time Academy: A year-round regular program that combines academics, elite golf training, and homestay life.

  • Gap Year: A one-year intensive program after high school graduation and before entering university or turning professional, focusing on supplementing golf skills and building a recruiting portfolio. 

  • Short-Term Camps (Summer/Winter Camps): An intensive training period during school holidays where junior golfers and coaches from around the world gather, supporting participation in various New Zealand golf tournaments and local field experiences.
